August 14-16 @ Gunderson High School

3:45- 5:15pm – Bronze 4-5, Silver 3-5, all Gold levels

5:30- 6:15pm – Lil Qs, Age Group 1-2

6:15- 7:30pm – Age Group 3, 4, 5

6:15- 7:30pm – Bronze 1, 2, 3, Silver 1-2

QuickSilver will start the 2024- 2025 Swim Year with all site athletes and coaches at Gunderson High School.  This allows all returning athletes to get drill explanations and stroke technique coaching to start the season.  We are excited for the upcoming swim year!
