Dear QuickSilver Families,

This week, we’re excited to launch QuickSilver’s Annual Giving Campaign (AGC), our club’s biggest and most meaningful fundraiser. Your support keeps swimming affordable for our athletes, strengthens our award-winning program, and fuels our journey to become a nationally recognized swim team ranked in the top 5% nationwide. Together, we can make an impact in the pool and beyond!

Last year, thanks to your generosity, we raised an incredible $71,305! AGC funds brought exciting improvements to our program, including the new GoSwim platform, giving families access to a race video library and coaches valuable training tools. Your support also fueled program upgrades, expanded our SwimStrong dryland programming, and strengthened our partnership with San Jose Unified to renovate and maintain the pools our athletes call home.

Every dollar went directly toward creating and developing champions. We could not have done it without the amazing QuickSilver community. Thank you for making a lasting difference!

We’re also thrilled to partner once again with QuickSilver Santa Cruz. Together, we are stronger and more capable of achieving greatness. This year, our goal is to raise $100,000 to further enhance our program and support the growth of every swimmer.

For the 2025-2026 season, AGC funds will allow us to reach our goals of excellence by supporting our top priorities, including:

• QSS Branded Flags for every site.
• In water training: Every Site underwater SwimBridge dolphin kick trainers, updated bands, resistant equipment, etc.
• Every Site underwater cameras for advanced technique development.
• Renovations and upgrades: including block upgrades and training equipment for multiple QSS swim sites.
• Updated dryland equipment: med balls, stretch bands, power ropes, sleds, weights, etc
• Cost-sharing with SJUSD for the scoreboard, speedlights, and touchpads: Gunderson
• Update Meet equipment.
• Capital fund for building QSS training facility.

We are a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible. QuickSilver relies 100% on sponsors and donations to fund our award-winning swim program. Your contributions will help QSS continue to pursue our goals and objectives for the 2025-2026 season.

Company Matching Programs

Many companies will match the charitable contributions of their employees. Some companies that have charitable matching programs include: Adobe, Apple, Cisco, Ebay, Google, IBM, Intel, Juniper Networks, Oracle, Symantec, Varian, Wells Fargo, and Xilinx to name a few.

If you are able to make a charitable donation to the team, please check if your company has a charitable matching program. Use the 2025 EIN number: 82-3258212 when requesting company match for this year's campaign. Please provide your company's name and matching amount along with your donation so that QSS staff can help facilitate the company matching if needed.
